The elephant: Thailand’s working pride and one of this country’s national symbols. A 30 – kilometres drive where you can admire the strength of these immense gentle animals. At a local elephant training centre, you’ll see elephants at work and visitors can be wondered of a formidable demonstration how these trained elephants are used to help the local community in logging work, in a jungle area north of the city.
